Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Delivery timeframes We ship via Australia Post. As we are located in a regional area, please allow additional time for dispatch compared to metro-based stores. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–12 business days
These are estimates only. Australia Post may experience delays during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or delayed parcels If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post. If this is unsuccessful, contact us at support@soothii.com and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Incorrect address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
